Фитиль Нахлебник (1970)

«Фитиль» — сатирический художественный киножурнал выпускавшийся различными киностудиями художественных фильмов СССР и СНГ в 1962—2004 годах и одноимённая сатирическая телепередача выпускавшаяся по заказу телеканала «Россия» в 2004—2008 годах.
Цель создания киножурнала — борьба с негативными явлениями в жизни страны: взяточничеством, пьянством, разгильдяйством, бюрократией и расхищением государственного имущества и тому подобными. Как говорил Сергей Михалков: «Каждый выстрел-сюжет „Фитиля“ был стопроцентно снайперским».
